If you want to own your own home someday but are not ready to get approved for a mortgage for whatever reason this program may be perfect for you. Our unique program features;

• The qualification is quick and easy
• You can be in your new home in a matter of a few days
• You can save $20.00 per month just by paying through automatic withdrawl
• You have plenty of time to fix your credit or settle any personal issues before you buy
• Most of our homes have been recently remodeled

Here’s How the Program Works:

• There is no deposit just an upfront “Option Fee.” This fee is usually $1,000-$2,500 (See Available Homes Tab for specifics)This option fee is the total move in cost, there are no extra deposits or rents due at move in (except for a small pet deposit if applicable). And in most cases you will receive some free rent in the first month. And the best part is 100% of this fee is applied to the purchase price of the home at closing.
  
  
• This program allows you 2 whole years to get yourself qualified (you may also get an extension if needed) for a loan to buy the home. This way you are not wasting any time renting because you can re-establish your credit while you enjoy your new home. It’s the best of both worlds!
  
  
• No Credit Needed! If you have no credit that’s OK, if you have less than perfect credit, that’s OK too. We like to see good rental history and/or good/stable job income or credit. We work with just about any credit issues except past rental problems. Contact us for more details.
  
  
• If you agree to have your rent payment automatically drafted from your checking account you will save $20.00 per month off of your rent payment.
